Just behind America’s biggest sporting event of the year is the world’s biggest sporting event of the year: Winter Olympics in Sochi, Russia. I love the Olympics, especially the winter ones. To me, the Olympics are a brief period when the world comes together despite all of the other turmoil, wars, and political mess that never ends. While there is always a risk of something bad happening at the games, somehow we always manage to remember that we are all humans experiencing this thing called life. We’re all in it together, ever pushing ourselves to faster, higher, and stronger. Citius, Altius, Fortius.
To enhance your Olympic experience, take your cooking skills and your palate to a new level with the flavors of Russia.
