Personal Chef Birthday Dinner Poem

The table was set by the chef with some flair,

in hopes that the birthday girl soon would be there.

Not knowing she’d find when she walked through the door,

a sunset dinner on the lake in store.

On flowers! On music! On appetizers to start!

Four courses prepared with all the chef’s heart.

Tomato caprese with rosemary divine,

salmon, filet – what a way to dine!

Dessert, a dome of blackberry mousse

with chocolate ganache fitting even for Zeus.

T’was a night to remember, t’was a night in the aleph,

Such joys in hiring a personal chef!
