A Very Paleo Thanksgiving

Perhaps you’ve heard of the Paleo diet. It is built around the idea of eating the way our ancestors did, avoiding dairy, grains, processed sugars, white potatoes, and alcohols. The diet generally includes meat, seafood, fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds, healthy fats, and a small amount of unprocessed sweeteners, such as honey, maple syrup, and agave.
