I am pleased to be a part of the Honest to Goodness chef team after many years of operating my own food service businesses. Previously, my objectives were to embrace sustainable food systems and champion a farm-to-table attitude for the hundreds of gluten-free and Paleo meals that we delivered each week. My prior experience also includes being an Executive Chef for Whole Foods Market and a Sous Chef at the Washington Athletic Club. I graduated from the Seattle Culinary Academy in 2001. Since then, my passion has been for preparing food from around the world that highlights vegetable-focused dishes. It is important to me to create flavorful meals that use a lot of herbs and spices instead of only salt and pepper. Truly, it would be my pleasure to serve your family or next dinner party occasion!
